CHRISTMAS MINI SESSIONS 2025

 

Please read the following information very carefully before you book your session.......

 

What's included? 

 

Two Christmas themed studio set ups will be set up and available for you to use

These studio sessions are best suited for babies who can sit up unaided and upto a maximum 3/4 children. 

 

Babies who aren't quite sitting up yet are welcome but they would need to be able to do either "tummy time" or lay flat on their backs and hold their own feet up. That way I can position them in front of the backdrop. If they aren't at this developmental stage then you would need to get in the shots too and hold them. 

 

For older children parents are welcome to join in as I can fit around 4/5/6 people approximately on the backdrop.

Sessions are very limited and will take place on certain dates only at my studio in Edenbridge, Kent which is on the Kent/Surrey border.

 

They will be on a first come, first served basis and can only be booked via the online booking system.

 

The £50 booking fee, which comes off the total amount, will be required at the time of booking to secure your slot, via Paypal. You will then receive a confirmation email and a Christmas session guide which will include style ideas, directions etc.

 

PLEASE NOTE bookings cannot be made without the booking fee. The booking fee is non refundable.

 

It is advised that where possible you choose a time slot around your little ones nap and meal times so they arrive happy and with full tummies. Outfit changes are not needed so please all arrive ready for action. 

 

If you are able to come on a weekday or after school can I kindly ask you to select one of those slots to free up weekends for those who can only come at the weekend, this would be much appreciated.

Please be aware that these are mini sessions and will run back to back, so please arrive on time. If you are running late this will eat into your own 30 minute session time.

 

If you would like cousins to be photographed together you will need to book two separate sessions, one after the other so that we have plenty for time for individual and shots of them altogether too. The images of them together will be done at the end of the first session/beginning of the second session.  However please drop me a message before booking in as I do need to know their ages and how many there are in advance so that I confirm with you if they can all fit on the backdrop as the space available is limited.

 

If your child is unwell and you need to reschedule I ask that you please give me as much notice as possible, I will do my best to reschedule the session but this isn't a guarantee.

 

Edited images will be presented to you via an online password protected gallery, this will be emailed to you within 7-10 days of your session. Your final choices and balance must then be made within 3 days.

 

This payment will be due via bank transfer. These details will be given to you at your session.

 

Your chosen images will then be emailed to you digitally using 'we transfer'.
